Right of withdrawal

Last updated: 5 October 2026

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This page sets out that right in full. For the practical version — how to send something back, and what to expect — see Refunds & exchanges.

The withdrawal period

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

The period ends 14 days after the day on which:

  • you, or someone you nominated who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods; or
  • where your order arrives in several parts, you take possession of the last item.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, before the 14 days are up. Email anaarandco26@gmail.com with your order number, or post a letter to the address on our contact information page.

You may use the model form below, but you do not have to — any unambiguous statement will do. It is enough to send your message before the deadline; it does not have to reach us within the 14 days.

Sending the goods back

Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you dispatch them before those 14 days are up.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless they arrived faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Your refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard option, we refund the standard amount rather than the premium.

We refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

We refund using the same means of payment you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Diminished value

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop — enough to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that. In practice that means pieces returned worn, washed, marked, scented or without their tags.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, including items made to your specification or clearly personalised, and sealed goods unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds once unsealed. Where an item we sell falls within an exception, we state that clearly on its product page before you buy. At present, nothing in our range is excluded.

Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You are not obliged to use it.

Separate from this: the conformity guarantee

Withdrawal is your right to change your mind. It is separate from your right to a piece that matches its description and is of the quality you can reasonably expect, which lasts far longer than 14 days. If something is faulty, that right applies regardless of when you noticed. See clause 10 of our Terms & conditions.
